Meet A Wandering Gypsy Co.

 Hello! I’m Danielle the designer and creator of A Wandering Gypsy Co. I create handmade bohemian jewelry inspired by the beauty in nature. I love to work with gemstones and natural elements in my designs, (more about that later!) Growing up near the ocean I have a love of creating beachy boho looks incorporating sea glass, pearls and mermaid glass.

I have lived a few different places, (that’s where the wandering comes in), and I have taken inspiration from each of them. I am originally from the north shore of  Long Island, N.Y. and relocated to the Midwest, living in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Currently I am  based out of Georgia, just south of Atlanta. 

I love sharing my work with others and have had the honor of being published in both BeadStyle and Bead and Button magazines. I have just recently become a member of the International organization for the Self-Representing Artist in Jewelry Design ( SRAJD), and  I have also been accepted as a Jesse James Beads Design Ambassador. I am really excited to be working with such an amazing artistic company! 

I started my homemade business as an outlet for my creativity and to be able to stay home with my children. I have a full house with two teenagers and a toddler! My husband works in the aviation industry ( the reason we are a bunch of wanderers) and we have been together for 18yrs. I look forward to sharing my creative journey with you, and hope you will follow along for the ride!
